Projects Out for Bid

IMPORTANT! NEW STATE LAW!

New York State is requiring all Contractors and subcontractors to register with the New York State Department of Labor before submitting any new bids or commencing new work on a covered project on or after December 30, 2024. This includes all public work projects or private projects covered by Article 8 of the Labor Law. The registration applies to both New York State and out-of-state businesses.

NYSDOL encourages all contractors and subcontractors to register as soon as possible to obtain a Certificate of Registration to avoid negatively impacting a bidding period or project schedule. Contractor registration data will be available to the public at New York’s Open Data website after December 30, 2024.

Cornell University Corson Mudd Hall Code Compliance - Phase 2
Description: 1. This project addresses specific ADA and safety deficiencies in Corson Mudd including but not limited to: a. Site walkway and stair renovations including snow melt. b. North entry ramp renovations including snow melt. c. Interior stair renovations. d. Toilet room renovations. e. Ceiling renovations and finishes. f. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing renovations.

Allegany County Department of Public Works Complex
Description: General Trades Contract (multi-prime project) for the construction of a new Highway Department Complex located at 6130 CR 20 Friendship, New York. The project includes the construction of a new Highway Department building with multi-bay vehicle maintenance area with a connecting office suite. The project also includes other vehicle storage and miscellaneous storage outbuildings. See project documents for details and full scope of work.

Alfred State Renovate Pioneer Center
Description: Renovation and addition to Pioneer Center. The project includes the complete demolition (and abatement) of the Pioneer Center's interior with a fitout of a modernized interior and building systems.
