Dunkin'-Baskin Robbins Fit-Out - AWARDED
Description: Fit-out of 441 square feet of interior space at Tioga Downs Casino for a Dunkin' and Baskin-Robbins. The project is scheduled to complete in September 2021.

Cornell Thurston Hall B01, B02 and B05 Lab Renovations - AWARDED
Description: Demolish the rupture box that is located in the B02 High bay area. Provide required power for new concrete printer. Create an opening in the wall between B05 and B01. This wall was the original exterior wall of Thurston containing old exterior windows. A wall section the width of the window opening would be removed. A new lab sink will be installed in B05 to keep research separate creating a safer lab environment.

Cornell Olin B01 & 101 Lab Renovation - AWARDED
Description: 1. Olin B01 a. Provide fire rated poly protection to adjacent space during construction. Remove existing equipment, furnishings and electric as noted. b. Patch walls and repaint area of work, including cabinets, frames and doors, and reinstall ceiling, grid, and any equipment to pre-renovation conditions. c. Relocate and Install owner furnished items and equipment as noted on drawings. d. Provide new coat hooks and wall mounted lab safety glasses box. e. New and reconfigured plumbing, HVAC, and electric.
2. Olin 101 a. Remove existing shelving and modify countertop as noted. Remove existing equipment, furnishings and electric as noted. b. Patch walls and repaint area of work, including cabinets, frames and doors, and reinstall ceiling, grid, and any equipment to pre-renovation conditions. c. Install new flooring and base. Add compressed air, flexible duct and plywood above sink, provide correct ADA clearances for all equipment. d. New and reconfigured plumbing, HVAC, and electric.

Cornell Corson Hall Third Floor Laboratory & Office Renovation - AWARDED

Chemung County County Route 64 Pump Station Replacement - AWARDED
Description: Install the proposed bypass hydrant and establish temporary bypass pumping upstream of the existing pump station wet well. Removed the existing CR-64 pump station from service, salvage telemetry and control equipment as noted, and remove and dispose of existing pump station. Remove and dispose of existing wet well lid, remove existing wet well piping. Modify existing wet well to accept new submersible pumps and discharge piping. Provide new precast wet well lid. Provide new valve vault, piping, appurtenances, and metering equipment. Provide new electrical backboard, electric service equipment, control paneling. Integrate, test and commission new pump station. Remove temporary bypass pumping equipment. Provide site restoration as indicated on the Project Drawings.
