Mann Library Addition Emergency Generator Replacement and Sprinkler System Modification - APPARENT LOW
Description: 1. The project involves removal of the existing Mann Library Generator and to replace it with parallel generators to provide electric feeders to Mann Library Addition, Warren Hall, Fernow Hall, Bradfield Hall, and the Plant Science Building. 2. Connect the Warren Hall Sprinkler System to the Mann Library Addition Fire Pump and remove the Warren Hall Fire Pump with all its unnecessary building connections and equipment. 3. Repair and restore paths, soils, and lawn that will be impacted by the planned excavation.

Cornell 122 McGraw Place Basement Improvements - AWARDED
Description: 1. Open new doorways and enlarge existing ones throughout the space to provide better access and a more open floor plan 2. Demo existing finishes in B11, B12, B13, B14, and B00CB 3. Provide a newly accessible route from the parking lot to the back entrance of the building, including a new access ramp. 4. Restore brick piers and wooden guardrail at the back of the building 5. Cornell Weill Hall Basement Imaging Lab Renovations - AWARDED
Description: 1. The purpose of this project is to renovate approximately 1,800 square feet of existing laboratory and office space on the basement level of Weill Hall. The spaces to be impacted are rooms B07, B54, B55, B56 and B81C (the 1,800 square feet does not include room B07 as the scope is anticipated to be very limited). There is work outside of the areas described above, to support the work. The scope includes all construction required to accomplish the work, as shown on drawings, including but not limited to the following: a. Maintain proper egress and life safety systems at all times. Maintain all existing building element fire ratings. b. Demolition and renovation of existing layout, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection (MEPFP) as required c. MEP and FS modifications and construction to support new lab equipment d. Update finishes throughout the offices and lab spaces and additional furnishings as required.

Cornell Duffield 207 and 227 and Bard 160 and 131, B28, and SB37 Labs Renovation - AWARDED
Description: Renovate existing laboratory space at Duffield and Bard Halls. The scope of the renovation includes two lab spaces (207 and 227) on the second floor of Duffield Hall where active laboratories currently exist. These two rooms are very similar to one another and consist of a combined area of 1,050 square feet. The scope also includes Bard Hall Labs B28 and SB37 which will serve as new spaces for the two existing laboratories that currently occupy Duffield Labs 207 and 227. Additionally, in Bard Hall Labs 160/131 (the rooms are connected) will be renovated to support the new faculty hire.

Cornell New Experimental Hall for CHESS - AWARDED
Description: The New Experimental Hall (NEH) project includes the construction of a new +/-16,000 SF building to provide space for research involving a high magnetic field and x-ray beams, and associated support spaces. Site work includes but is not limited to demolition, abatement, utilities, storm drainage, paving, stairs and other hardscape, retaining walls, landscaping, lighting other improvements. The building structure and enclosure shall include foundations, walls, superstructure, enclosures. Interior construction includes carpentry, glazing, finishes, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical work .

Cornell Biotechnology Building Third Floor Laboratory Renovation - AWARDED
Description: The purpose of this project is to renovate approximately 3,800 square feet of existing office and laboratory space for the Weill Institute for Cell and Molecular Biology (WICMB) on the 3rd floor of the Biotechnology Building. The scope includes all construction required to accomplish the work, including but not limited to the following:

Cornell Renovate CALS Greenhouses Phase 1 (SUCF) - AWARDED
Description: 1. Construction of a 5,300 SF (approximate) Headhouse and associated site work for the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
2. The Headhouse will be load-bearing masonry and bar joist construction with metal siding, and includes Soil Mix Area, Work Area, Loading Dock, Office Space, Mechanical and Electrical Room, and Storage Room (the latter Room will be a Pesticide Spray Area under Alternate 1).
3. Provide temporary facilities and controls necessary to execute the Work, regulate construction traffic and parking, protect property and the environment, prevent unauthorized entry into areas of active operations, and maintain Owner access to, and normal use of, adjacent facilities and traffic routes.
4. Remove the temporary facilities and controls provided and restore property disturbed during the project.

Cornell Thurston Hall B01, B02 and B05 Lab Renovations - AWARDED
Description: Demolish the rupture box that is located in the B02 High bay area. Provide required power for new concrete printer. Create an opening in the wall between B05 and B01. This wall was the original exterior wall of Thurston containing old exterior windows. A wall section the width of the window opening would be removed. A new lab sink will be installed in B05 to keep research separate creating a safer lab environment.
