Cornell War Memorial Phase 2 Restoration - APPARENT LOW
Description: The restoration includes a full masonry repair program, including replacement of decorative carved stone elements. The slate roof is scheduled for replacement including its flashing and rainwater collection and drainage. The concrete utility tunnel that forms the foundation for the cloister that runs between the two residential halls is in poor condition and requires extensive repairs. Also included in the scope is lighting and paving upgrades. The steps down to the plaza will be rebuilt and a new handrail will be installed.

Owego Marvin Park Improvements - AWARDED
Description: This project will completely re-build the bathroom facilities, re-surface the existing basketball and tennis court, repair the pillars at the entrance, add signage, replace fencing along Main Street, improve the walking trail, add to the existing playground and resurface the play area to new standards, and completely rebuild the skate park with a "cast in place" concrete design. This project is in final design and will be bid out to prospective contractors near the end of February for spring construction. This multiple prime project was previously advertised and bid. Vestal Memorial Pool Reconstruction - AWARDED
Description: Contract No. 1A – General Construction: This work shall include providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment, and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the Memorial Pool Renovations. The project includes the work shown on the Plans, and described in these Specifications consisting of general construction. General construction includes, but is not limited to, the following: Demolition of the existing main pool and wading pool, pool deck, bathhouse, pump house and accessories buildings, including all fixtures, piping, domestic hot water heating system, interior and exterior walls and partitions, roof, pool filtration and treatment equipment, asbestos containing materials and other related items. Work shall also include new main pool with supply and drainage system, pool filtration and treatment equipment, pool deck, pool accessories, splash pad with associated controls, piping and drainage system, perimeter fence, shade canopies, new asphalt parking, concrete sidewalks, lawn areas, and other related items. Work shall also include new bathhouse with metal roofing, cmu block walls, interior partitions and finishes, flooring, ceilings, ADA compliant bathrooms, overhead door, man doors, windows, and new pump house with overhead door and man doors, flooring, sump areas, and storage to accommodate the new pool filtration and treatment system, and all other related items.

Cornell University Sage Hall Foundation Waterproofing - IN PROGRESS
Description: 1. Excavate and remove existing waterproofing and drainage piping along the entire west side and wrapping around to the halfway point on the south side. Install new waterproofing and drainage board, new foundation drain piping, clean out and spillway; backfill, finish grading and seeding. 2. Remove existing concrete step, landing and sidewalk at west entrance. Replace with new granite steps. Remove existing south stair and salvage cheek walls for reuse. Provide new foundation to support steps and landing, install new stone steps and landing. Repair, reinstall and paint original iron handrails. 3. Excavate to expose existing tunnel structure and remove existing waterproofing and insulation. Remove, label and salvage existing stone veneer for reuse. Remove existing entrance doors, frame, transom, and hardware. Install new membrane waterproofing, drainage board and rigid insulation over tunnel. Install new foundation piping. Reinstall existing stone veneer, light, add new scuppers, install new doors, frame, transom, and hardware. Patch and repair exiting lower concrete sidewalk. 4. Install new macro fiber re-enforced concrete sidewalks.

Cornell University Replace Utilities Tower Road East Green Greenhouse - IN PROGRESS

Cornell University Stimson Hall Egress Improvements - IN PROGRESS
Description: Provide a second means of egress from Floors Two and Three by removing the existing exterior fire escape and constructing a new interior exit stair. The work area primarily consists of interior renovations on the east end of the existing building with localized wall partition and door modifications elsewhere to improve means of egress. The proposed stairway is enclosed with fire-resistant-rated construction from the second floor to the existing exit discharge on the first floor.

Cornell University Wilson Lab Compliance Project Phase 1B - IN PROGRESS
Description: A. Project will provide a fire protection system for much of the existing Wilson Lab. This will include a new water service, wet and dry sprinkler systems, standpipes, fire department connections. B. Associated work to support the installation of the new fire protection system will include, but not be limited to - select demolition, partitions, doors, ceilings, finishes, firestopping, lighting, etc. C. The project will also provide a new coiling fire door, alterations to existing stairs (including relocation of non-compliant utilities within stairs), miscellaneous fire alarm work, and SCBA fill stations and signage in the synchrotron ring.

SUNY Geneseo Sturges Hall - Abatement and Replace Windows - IN PROGRESS
Description: SUCF Project No 061016-01 (Single Prime). The main features of the work includes removing existing window, frame, trim and hardware as noted on the drawings to install new premium aluminum clad wood windows to match existing window divisions and profiles. Removal of existing elevator and installation of new aluminum framed skylight. Abatement work as demolition to Remove existing plaster from masonry backup. Replace existing clay speed tile with new as required after plaster removal. Removal of existing walls and ceilings as noted on the drawings. Patch and repair existing wall and adjacent finishes to remain to match existing. Patch and repair floor substrate to receive new floor in future project. Removal of all existing drop ceilings. Removal of existing floor finish as noted on the drawings. Patch and repair floor substrate to receive new floor in future project. Remove existing interior door, frame, trim, and hardware as noted on the drawings. Carefully remove existing historic wood clocks and turn over to the college for storage. Removal and replacement of existing roof drains and leaders. Install new metal flashing coating system at gutter. Removal and replacement of Main Stair Tower EPDM roof. Repair existing concrete areaways and remove and replace metal grates. Clean existing exterior limestone and granite. Patch incidental areas of loose material at all elevations. Repoint existing exterior brick. Replace damaged exterior brick with replacement brick of similar color and size. Repoint existing exterior limestone and granite. Removal of existing mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and electrical systems as noted on the drawings and provide temporary heating, lighting and fire alarm to be left in place at completion of project.

Cornell Reconstruct CVM Equine Facilities (SUCF) - IN PROGRESS
