The project includes the interior renovation of Rhodes Hall B50 Laboratory located in the Rhodes Hall basement. There is work outside of the areas described above, to support the Work. The scope includes all construction required to accomplish the Work, as shown on the Drawings, including but not limited to the following: 2. Provide temporary partitions at work areas. Maintain proper egress at all times. Protect existing finishes to remain. 3. Demolish, remove, or salvage select existing construction. Demolish existing finishes and existing mechanical and electrical systems as indicated on the Drawings. 4. Provide new finishes, including flooring and wall paint. Provide new non-rated gate and framed support. Provide speed rails for motion capture support. Provide a net curtain and track. 5. Provide limited mechanical work which includes, but is not limited to, new mechanical diffusers and piping. 6. Provide new or adjust electrical systems in the project area required for complete installation. This includes but is not limited to adjustments to power distribution. Relocate the transformer.

The project consists of constructing a monumental stone-and-steel entrance archway between the existing baseball stadium and field house. The work includes foundations, reinforced concrete piers, CMU and stone veneer, precast architectural concrete, custom structural steel framing, fabricated lettering, associated sitework, landscaping, restoration, and an additive electrical alternate for architectural lighting and illuminated lettering.

Project includes Multi-building capital improvements including selective demolition, roofing, doors, finishes, athletic upgrades, site utilities, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and exterior improvements.

The Elmira City School District Elementary Schools 2026 Renovations project includes renovations at Beecher Elementary, Coburn Elementary, Fassett Elementary and Ernie Davis Academy. The work includes demolition, asbestos abatement, roofing replacement, interior renovations, mechanical and electrical upgrades, plumbing improvements and site improvements including paving and utilities.

Work consists of phased interior renovations and selective demolition within Elmira High School, executed primarily during the summer recess. Work includes removal of existing finishes and partitions, new framing and gypsum board assemblies, firestopping and life-safety upgrades, concrete slab infill and patching, masonry infill, miscellaneous structural steel, new doors, frames, hardware, interior glazing, ceilings, flooring, casework, specialty items, and associated architectural finishes.

1. Work to include rebuilding sections of buttresses with new stone, miscellaneous stone replacement, re-pointing, and flashing at McFaddin Tower. 2. Renovation and addition to Pioneer Center. The project includes the complete demolition (and abatement) of the Pioneer Center's interior with a fitout of a modernized interior and building systems. Provide Elevator Addition and Modernize Existing Elevator at New York State Academy of Fire Science located at 600 College Avenue, Montour Falls, New York. OGS Project No. 46123-C. See project documents for details and scope of work.

Renovate approximately 15,400 sf of the Livestock Pavilion into surge space for future laboratory and office use. Work includes construction of a second-floor addition within the existing building volume, including associated concrete foundations and structural steel. It also involves improvements to the exterior building envelope to include replacement of the lower slate roof, removal and/or replacement of exterior doors and storefront systems, upgrades to exterior walls for energy performance and repairs to historic wood windows and wood trim. The scope includes construction of interior partitions, flooring, ceilings, casework, laboratory equipment, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and audio-visual systems. Exterior work will also include construction of concrete sidewalks, plantings, and modifications of/upgrades to storm drainage systems.

SUCF Project # 221033-00. The work of this single bid project includes the gut demolition, envelope replacement and interior fit out of the approximately 54,000sf Agriculture Science Building, including the roof. The work includes, but is not limited to, brick envelope demolition and reconstruction, concrete slab demolition and removals, asbestos abatement, cutting and patching, concrete, masonry, structural steel, steel stairs, miscellaneous metals, railings, misc. carpentry, millwork, thermal protection, sealants, doors and frames, aluminum storefronts/entrances, hardware, finishes, acoustic wall/ceiling panels, wall coverings, ceilings, metal studs and GWB partitions, flooring, EPDM Roofing, roof pavers, site utilities, sitework, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing.

Reconfigure and repurpose the floors of King-Shaw Hall from a Conference Center and events space to a vibrant hub for ILR (Industrial Labor & Relations) student services on the second level, and a new administrative space for students and visitors to the Brooks School. The new configuration will continue to serve as a connection between adjacent ILR spaces located north and south of King Shaw Hall – Dolgen Hall and ILR Research Building
